Owner and Chef Lynne Hopper began the process of opening Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in late fall of 2012. A self-taught Chef with chops to back, she spent most of her life catering and working through the hospitality industry. After a short hiatus from the world of food she decided to start another catering business and exposed the North Oregon Coast to what her family has always affectionately called, gourmet comfort food. From large and small weddings to Farmers Markets she has anchored herself, her cuisine and her family into the Manzanita area to become a staple for quality dinning. As you walk through the doors of Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro you will enter as a customer, you will feel the warmth of our atmospher, the love in our food and hopefully you will leave as a friend.
Partnered along side of his mother Eisha runs the business operations of this family establishment. While balancing a personal profession he works in and out of the restaurant from wine orders and cocktail creations to hanging lights and menu designs. Recently returned from Portland Eisha has spent his years since college spliting time between the Beach he grew up at and the city he lived in. Feel free to stop in for a cocktail and ask what he is shaking up.
